What is Abseiling?
Minimum age: 12 years old, accompanied by parents; Over 15 years old can travel alone, maximum 60 years old; good health, encourage guests who have played sports. Ineligible cases: high blood pressure, history of cardiovascular disease, asthma.
Comfortable clothing, long pants recommended; Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and anti-mosquito spray.
You should eat before going to the office.
Guests will not be able to experience the entire itinerary and will need to bear additional costs such as pick-up and tour assistance.

– In case of cancellation from the customer:
+ Customers canceling more than 48 hours before the tour starts: 75% refund of the price + Customers canceling within 24 hours – 48 hours before the tour starts: 50% refund
+ Customers cancel within 24 hours before the tour: No refund
The price includes insurance for extreme sports, however the amount of compensation in case of injury is not high, encouraging customers to buy a good insurance package themselves.
– For minor injuries: Tour guide will provide first aid and help guests continue to complete the schedule.
– For serious injuries: Tour guide conducts first aid, uses a stretcher/moves guests to the hospital as quickly as possible.
Guests can support each other; Tour guide will assist when all safety issues for all guests are guaranteed.
Guests need to come to the office to receive direct instructions on equipment and safety standards. In addition, guests need to sign a Waiver (Waiver of Liability Form).

It is possible, if the hotel is located on the route, provided that the guest must complete full return of equipment to the Tour guide.
The company has a kayak rental service, however guests must trek into Hang Vem lake themselves.
Perhaps, the company can assist in booking taxis, accommodations, and canoes (in case guests miss the ferry).
