8:00 AM: Gather at the office to be briefed on the schedule and safety procedures. Safety first! The tour guide will immediately introduce and train you on how to operate the equipment to ensure your safety throughout the adventure.

8:30 AM: Follow farms around freshwater lakes, follow the routes of “Forest Eaters”, cross rocky slopes, and pretend to be a geologist or botanist to learn about Cat Ba’s diverse environment.

9:30 AM: Golden Monkey Peak + Abseiling 1:

o Conquer the dense forests and rough cliffs with confidence! Overcoming the perilous cliff, you will eventually get at Golden Monkey Peak, where vast groups of monkeys used to congregate.

o When you “climb to the top” of the West Hang Vem area, you will be able to see the entire brilliant blue lake like jade, surrounded by high mountains and a hazy sky. Nature’s magnificence and inventiveness will amaze you.

o Abseiling is a war against yourself! Move along the rope from the top of the mountain to the cliff, floating at 60m above the ground and collecting everything of the terrain, sky, clouds, and water in one shot! During your lunch break, you will be treated to a fantastic meal. 

10:30 AM: Make yourself a cup of coffee, sip it, and experience the exciting feeling of abseiling.

11:00 AM: Enjoy a little lunch in a calm setting; the fresh, pure air of the forest and sea will help your mind and body relax and rest.

12:30 PM: Abseiling 2: Equipment is ready! Allow the adrenaline to flood again as you abseil from the lunch break to the floating raft, reaching the sea to begin the next adventure.

1:30 PM: Surf around Hang Vem Lake and visit the cave via kayak. Rain and solar erosion have resulted in caves appearing unexpectedly. Let’s explore the caves concealed on the cliffs together, analyzing geology to better comprehend Cat Ba!

2:30 PM: Free time; choose an activity you enjoy. Fishing rods and kayaks are ready. Fishing, kayaking, swimming, or hiring a SUP. Enthralled by the conquest of the water surface: while kayaking on the deep blue and tranquil lake surface, you will marvel at the wonders made by the erosion of rain and storms, the weathering of sun and wind, and the magnificent flora and animals beneath the water that change with the tide.

4:00 PM: Afternoon tea party: Return to the floating raft to relax, enjoy fruits and pastries, and refresh with herbal tea.

4:30 PM: Pack up personal items and equipment before returning to the starting site.

5:00 PM: Prepare to board the car and return to your lodging. Don’t forget to leave your equipment with the Cat Ba Pathfinders. Share the photographs you shot with each other using Google Drive.
