The island is only about 60km from the center of Hai Phong city and about 150km from Hanoi. Cat Co Beach is located right in the center of Cat Ba town with 3 main areas: Cat Co 1, Cat Co 2, and Cat Co 3, connected along the mountainside by a long bridge (also known as the overhead walkway). This place is likened to a masterpiece of nature with its clear blue water, gentle waves, white sand, and surrounding limestone mountains.

Each Cat Co beach has its own unique beauty. Cat Co 1 is the widest and most crowded beach. Cat Co 2 has a more peaceful and less crowded beauty, suitable for tourists who want to relax and enjoy nature. Lan Ha Bay

Lan Ha Bay is one of the most notable destinations on Cat Ba Island. Lan Ha Bay has an area of over 7000m2, with a poetic beauty with more than 400 small islands, 139 golden sand beaches, many pristine long beaches, rich vegetation, and clear blue water.
