8:00: Meet at our office where your guide will provide an overview of the itinerary, explain important safety guidelines, and distribute the necessary equipment to begin your adventure. 

8:30: Get on the shuttle bus for a scenic drive along winding beneath the 12 km stretch of the old forest canopy, leading to the entrance of Cat Ba National Park. 

9:00: Begin a 9km trek through the national park, immersing yourself in the pristine and refreshing nature. Cat Ba National Park has diverse terrain including seasonal flooded valleys, rich flora and fauna, and karst topography – the weathering phenomenon of limestone mountains eroded by water.

11:30: Take a break to relax, enjoy fresh fruits and have light refreshments at Ao Ech – a seasonal freshwater lake within the deep forest. 

12:00: Continue the final 2km of the trek to Viet Hai Ancient Village, a secluded village home to nearly 80 families.

13:00: Unwind with a unique foot massage fish service, enjoy lunch surrounded by the tranquil village atmosphere.

14:00: Discover the local way of life in Viet Hai village within a 4km bicycle to Viet Hai Pier.

14:30: Board the boat and journey into Lan Ha Bay, marveling at the magnificent natural landscape featuring nearly 400 islands, 139 white sand beaches, clear blue waters and an abundant of seafood.

15:00: Hop into a kayak, and explore Lan Ha Bay up close, paddling through its captivating scenery. 

16:30: Return to the boat back and head back to Ben Beo, enjoy pastries, fruits and drinks against the backdrop of a beautiful sunset. 

17:00: Take the shuttle bus back to the office.
